Notes:

• Only in-person presentation is considered.
• Presentation at the conference is limited to one presentation per participant.
• Up to two papers can be submitted by one submitter, and if both papers are accepted:
• The submitter will be required to choose one paper to present or
• If the second paper is coauthored, it can be presented by one of the coauthors.
• The paper submission deadline is 31 August 2025.
• The editorial decision will be made by 30 September, but early submissions may receive an early decision. We encourage you to submit your paper as soon as it is ready.
